RETURN POLICY

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us at Shop Krystyle! We do know somethings just don't work out as planned sometimes. Because of this, we will always do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order. We are always here to help you find something you love!

We ask that you quickly look over your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is up to your satisfaction. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please review our return requirements and procedures below:

• REFUNDS- No refunds will be issued. Returns are for store credit only. 

 

• STORE CREDIT- Store Credit will only be eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 10 days of being delivered.

 

• RETURN SHIPPING COST is the customer's responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Shop Krystyle.

 

• SALE ITEMS- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, size exchanges.

The following items DO NOT  qualify for a return of any kind.

• Flash Sale
• Doorbusters
• Sale Items ending in .99
• Jewelry
• Sunglasses
• Bodysuits
• Intimates
• Hats
• Hair Accessories
• Sunglasses

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 
NON-RETURNABLE: Bodysuits, Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks. 
If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
